Horsham, Crawley, Guildford, Sevenoaks, Hastings, Bexhill, Rye,
Midhurst, Petworth, Petersfield, Billingshurst, Haywards Heath,
Heathfield, Uckfield, Crowborough, Tenterden, Hawkhurst

I will travel outside these areas should a survey be requested.

Mileage will be charged on all surveys.

Fees and Expenses

Survey fees from £160.00

Hourly rate for advice from £60.00

Timber and Damp pre purchase from £200.00

Condensation reports from £180.00

Investigation works involving exposure of building fabric from £300.00

Other fees available upon request.

Please note that all fees must be paid at time of survey and must be cleared funds before reports are issued.

All the above fees with exception of the hourly rate include a full report service. All fees are dependent on access arrangements, parking, travelling time and property size.
